Vast numbers of Christians are looking for the fulfilment of biblical prophecies to be soon. Because they have been brain washed into believing that all the people living in Israel now, are the Israel of biblical times. The Jewish nation was the covenant people of God until the law was superceded by the coming of the Spirit at Pentecost. (Acts Two). Now the church being the "true Israel of God" (Gal. 6:16), Father's Spirit word is written in our heart, "not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God." 1 Cor. 3:3. "If the administration of death, written and in graven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not steadfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance, which was to be done away. How shall not the dispensation of the Spirit be rather glorious?" 2 Cor. 3:7, 8, 11. Read Vs 13.
The appearing of the Lord the Spirit is presently crowning and illuminating us with our inheritance, the illuminated Father of lights himself has joined us hand in hand with the angelic hosts heralding the arrival of the King of kings in His kingdom. The Bridegroom's love call is sounding through all the universe. I have been caught up into the heavenlies with Father and He is "greater far than tongue or pen can ever tell." His love goes beyond the farthest star and reaches to the lowest hell." His love leaps over every boundary set by preachers and theologians.
Not only is "God a consuming fire," He is love, His love is consuming love, transcending all time and space. Love consumes all that is not like Him! In the burning process of Father's love, His sons are purified as He is pure. Love, which God is, is unlimited in scope, omnipotence and ability, and "LOVE NEVER FAILS." 1 Cor. 13:8.
Truth and destiny are not written with ink on the pages of the Bible, but in you, and the whole of your being. In Him we live and move and have our being. We are the offspring of God." Christ has not come to impose some moral laws on us, but to reveal the nature - character of the Father. Jesus stated, "Heretofore I have spoken to you in parables, but the time comes when I shall no longer speak to you in parables, but will show you the Father plainly." The Father comes to you within, and your very life, fulfilling His eternal purpose through you, occupying, willing and fulfilling His intents in you. He purposed to reveal Himself to us in Christ being formed in you. Gal. 4: 19.
For two millenniums the church has lacked spiritual enlightenment when God proclaimed a new day to them. They clung tight fisted to a dying past, and their souls shrivelling in famine. The good news was rejected as heresy, while they were "rightly dividing the word of truth," which they had to make fit into their reasoning, and today we see much controversy on Bible interpretation.
The word trumpeting Christ's appearing in the here, and now, is shaking the traditional wine skins. Each new age carries, in its veins, the blood of yesteryear, and the new give testimony of the errors and weakness of the past. The Lord has not come to destroy those who claim the promises, but to fulfill the promises of giving a new heart, a new song, "a new name." His appearing in this hour demands a New Faith, a New Commitment.
"Consequently from now on we estimate and regard no one from a human point of view in terms of natural standards of value. (no) even though we once did estimate Christ from a human view point and as a man, yet now we have such knowledge of him that we know him no longer in terms of the flesh. Therefore if any person is (in-grafted) in Christ, the Messiah, he is a new creation altogether. The old has passed away. Behold all things are now new." 2 Cor. 5: 16, 17. Amplified.
Divinely transformed lives receive the new life at Christ's coming (Parousia) that brings in His appearing kingdom within. Jesus is coming in the clouds in this hour of His ingathering of all nations unto salvation. His spiritual fruit is gathered into His garner as wheat. The bible is not a book telling you how to live like Christ. It is the source of inspiration and truth showing that Christ is come to those who believe, and lives His immaculate sinless life in you, and has given you His mind to think His thoughts and speak His words through you! Jesus Christ is the Living Tree of Life that the sceptre would reveal. Myriads of religious people have never bowed their knees to Christ's continuing Lordship that He may become their Source and fountain of life as scripture plainly teaches.
There is an abrupt change from the old to the new, and teachers and preachers must quickly change their spiritual stance to fit in. And anoint their eyes with eye salve to see, quickening their pace or fall out of harmony with the rapid illumination of spiritual events, which are rising to newer and newer sequences in your spirit.
All who the Father summons into the new day are transformed, making the former look archaic, every jot and tittle of it, thus making church functions dim shadows and flickering lights of this new day reality.
I see a chain reaction on the horizon that will startle some churches with rapid change. The Rock Christ Jesus is immanently to fall on their boundaries like a lion (Lion of the tribe of Judah) on its prey, pulverizing them to powder. Matt.21:44, Luke 20:18. Beloved, I pray that you understand that the "Body of Christ" is the true temple of God in the New Jerusalem. Eph.1:22, 2:21. And there is for you a grander spiritual Sabbath rest than respecting human days. Gal. 4:9, 10, Col. 2:16. We are not caught up with the pie in the sky theory.
Some years ago I prophesied, preached, laid hands on people, and knew not till the Lord confronted me with the consciousness that I was just half dressed like Adam with a "fig leaf" covering my front, but when I would turn around my behind was bare. This knowledge from the Lord makes a great difference in my attitude, now I see the scripture in a new and living way.
Judaism, the Mosaic economy, its people, Jerusalem, the temple and its rituals were nationally, and with vengeance, was denounced and done away with, by Messiah Jesus. "These are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled." Luke 21:22, AD 70. "He shall confirm the covenant (New) with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the (Mosaic) sacrifice and oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it (Mosaic system) desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined (by God) shall be poured upon the desolate." Dan. 9:27, Luke 19:41-44.
Matt. 24:22 points out that the elect of Christ's body are still present on earth somewhat after what the traditionalist call the "Great Tribulation has done its "killing fields" catastrophe.
When Jesus died on Calvary, the veil of the temple was rent from top to bottom, ending the Aaronic priest hood, and offerings, rituals and sacrificing of animals, and all the functions of the high priest. There was a short interval of time when the Old Covenant and the New were allowed to subsist together, till AD 70. Even though when Jesus Parousia (returned) at Pentecost, we have recorded Paul's anointed word: "We have boldness to enter behind the veil into the holiest, into a new and living way."
The Old had been superseded by the New, and the holiest was opened by Christ to all believers, Jew and Gentile and this was because Jesus "abolished" the Law. Jesus, "said to them, truly I say to you, there are some standing here that shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power" Mark 9:1. This graphically speaks of Jesus Christ coming in His majesty to empower His body the church with Himself, and consecrate it with His inauguration and enthronement as King of kings at Pentecost. Acts 1:8, 2:4, 30, 33, 36.
Jesus when speaking just prior to His ascension: "That repentance and remission of sins be preached in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And you are my witnesses of these things. And behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you; but tarry you in Jerusalem, until you are endued with power from on high." Luke 24: 47, 49.
This He spoke of as being fulfilled just on the eve of His ascension (10 days), then Pentecost came with power and glory. "Oh! joy to the world the Lord is come. Let heaven and earth receive her King." The intimate presence of Christ transcends the sphere of the five sense perceptions. It is the inner kingdom of your spirit, and is now realized inwardly, within believers. The Lord's coming (parousia) presence became unmistakable real to me when He said to me: "I am in the earth walking in shoe leather Yes, beloved, Yeshua Messiah is in your and my shoes, walking on the streets of modern cities even as He walked in old Jerusalem, and the streets in Palestine.
There is no other manner of coming than the spiritual Parousia of Christ. The nominal church system has assumed a physical coming of Christ would be seen as He ascended Acts 1:9-11. "While they beheld, he was taken up, and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold two men stood by them in white apparel; which also said, you men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, which taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as you have seen him go into heaven."
The manner in which Jesus ascended and would come in the same manner was, "A cloud received him out of their sight." Do you see the great truth of His coming presence unto us? We know His presence (parousia), but it is in a cloud - -"out of their sight" to the naked eye of people.
Daniel saw the parousia, and wrote of it in 7:13, 14 "I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom that all people and nations, and languages, should serve him: His dominion is an everlasting dominion that shall not be destroyed."
Here is another text that to the unrenewed mind is seen as a physical coming: "Behold, he comes in the clouds and every eye shall see him, everyone who pierced him: and all kindred's of the earth shall wail because of him, even so, Amen." Rev. 1:7. Let me say here, Daniel saw Jesus the Lord inaugurated at Pentecost as King of heaven and earth. Christ comes in His glorified celestial body. Acts 3:19-21. "The heavens (invisible plane) shall receive him, until the restitution of all things spoken of by all the holy prophets since the world began."
Yes, our Saviour Jesus Christ can appear in a physical form anytime He wills. A friend of mine from India visited us three months, and told us of Jesus appearing to him three times before he was converted to Jesus from the Muslim religion that he was raised in. The Lord had a cross on His shoulder and spoke to him. His conversion was similar to Saul of Tarsus on the Damascus Road, when Jesus appeared to him, and arrested him in his tracks, and he fell to the ground.
Two sisters here in Stockton met him, Rose Burruell, and Virginia Lemarond. Rose had a meeting in her home and invited us to worship with them. He changed his name to a Christian one, George Stephenson. He said that he wanted a Christian name. George was a Hindu at birth, and when he became a Muslim, he took a Muslim name. When he met Jesus he immediately got baptized and received the Holy Spirit, then he wanted the Christian name, and remembered that Winston Churchill called him George Stephenson, which George didn't like at the time. He and Churchill were very close. He was one of Churchill's leading officers in the British army in WW 2. He adopted the name of a British movie actor of that day. Winston Churchill thought that he resembled the actor.
Many are looking for one spectacular event to happen. An event they can see with their natural eyes! Jesus said the kingdom of God comes not with observation. This is the way one needs to stop and think a moment about "The day of the Lord." The Bible speaks a lot about the day of the Lord. Jesus spoke of it, Paul talked about it, John wrote about it, the prophets of old prophesied of it.
Because our Father is Spirit, we must come to terms of scripture being interpreted spiritually, or wind up in error. Jesus talked about natural things but did not mean for them to be taken in a natural understanding. "All these things he spoke to the multitudes in parables; and without a parable he spoke not to them." Matt. 13:34.
When He spoke of Himself being, "The Bread of Life come down from heaven that a man may eat thereof and not die." It is a "hard saying" for carnal men. And He said, "You are the light of the world," surely no one would interpret that in the natural. "You are the salt of the earth." When He said, "The words that I speak to you, they are Spirit and they are life," could it be that everything that He said was an allegory or parable trying to get us to understand the spiritual things of the Father?
The 24th chapter of Matthew is the most talked about in the bible today in nominal church, because people are looking for a physical, carnal (flesh) event yet to happen. "For as lightning comes from the east and shines even to the west; So shall the coming of the Son of man be." Vs. 27. Here Jesus is talking about His parousia, plus the destruction of Jerusalem. Not the end of the world! In the 3rd verse we read: "And he sat on the Mount of Olives, and the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us when these things are to be. And what shall be the sign of your coming, and the end of the world?" (Age). The word "coming" should be interpreted "presence." Then we could understand it as His appearing. Looking at the word, "world," it does not mean the earth. It is the word, "eon" or (aion), and means (age).
What did Jesus come to do away with? He came to do away with the age of the Jews, and, to do away with the age of the Law (Torah). He came to usher in the kingdom of God. They didn't understand this for they were natural minded at that point in time. So it is today. The natural mind does not understand spiritual things. 1 Cor.2:14. Only the spirit man and woman can understand this!
People would say, "Now God has never done away with the Jew." No, of course He has never done away with the Jew; but if you read in Isaiah you will find that God divorced that nation of the old covenant, and brought in a "New Jerusalem" under a "New covenant," which is made up of Greeks, Jews, male and female, bond and free. No particular racial distinctions are now God's "elect ones." God does not look with special favour upon one nation! He has no political, national ties as His own. Matt. 21:43, read Psalm 24:1 "The earth is Yahweh's, and the fullness thereof, the world, and they that dwell therein." He looks on the entire race of mankind that receives His promises.
If you read the history of Israel and the city of Jerusalem, you will find out that it happened exactly as Jesus said. The promise of His coming parousia on the Day of Pentecost, and the year 70 AD history shows that Jerusalem was overthrown (destroyed) by Titus the Roman general and his army. I have the book of the historian, Josephus. He gives a detailed account of it all. And I read of him talking of Christ. And he believed in Jesus, and was converted, becoming a Nazirite Ebonite, Jewish Christian. He was a priest under the 'Pharisee' sect before coming to the Lord. He even called Christ, God. Joseph was trusted by Titus father, and was with Titus in the demolition of the city and temple. I would like to say more on these things, but have to move on.
"The Stone which the builders rejected, the same has become the head of the corner: This is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes. Therefore I say unto you, the kingdom of God shall be taken from you (Israel), and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof." Matt.21:42, 43, 8:11,12, Ps.1:18.
Now when Jesus said, "As lightning comes from the east, and shines even to the west; so shall the coming of the Son of man be...He comes as lightning. In the book of Revelation, He says, "Behold, I come quickly or as lightning. What does lightning do? It lightens the dark places. What is light? The light in Genesis 1:3, God said, "Let there be light, and there was light. And God saw the light, and said it was good. And God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light day, and the darkness he called night. And the evening and the morning was the first day."
This is not the sun, moon and stars. This is not a creation of the sun that gives us our day time here on earth. This is a different kind of light that God called into existence. For God did not create the sun until the 4th day or until the 14th verse of Genesis 1. God was talking about a spiritual day. "So God called the light "day." Remember Jesus saying, "As the lightning shines from the east even to the west, so shall the coming of the Son of man be?" He was speaking spiritually of His DAY. His shining or appearing, He is our "Day Star" shining in our hearts. 1 Pet.1:19, Rev.2:28. He spoke of when He would appear to His disciples in John 14: "I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you, and receive you unto Myself." When Father appears in our lives He appears within us in Spirit form. Then we are not of old Adam lineage again.
"But of that day and hour no man knows, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." Matt. 24:36. Here the Jews were listening to Him speak of the Day of the Lord. Why did Jesus say this? Is this a day and hour as we know days and hours? Why would He say that if He was speaking spiritually? The Jews had to have natural days for their feast days, feast of trumpets, feast of weeks (Pentecost), feast of tabernacles, and atonement. Sound familiar to you? They wanted the very hour for everything. The hour when the high priest was to go into the holy of holies, the hour when the Sabbath would begin, they lived and thought of natural days. Yet while Jesus was talking of the Day of the Lord, those Jews who observed holidays said, "Now Lord, when should we observe this day? What day of the calendar would this be?" Jesus said, "But of that day (speaking of the Day of the Lord, and His appearing) and hour, no man knows."
So the Day of the Lord is not a time you can put on a calendar. That is what the TV evangelists that I wrote of in Part One said. They set the exact date on the calendar. Jesus said, "Of that day and hour no man knows." The Jews of Jesus time as well as in our time had nationalistic expectation of the day of the Lord, and His kingdom coming. Matt.26:64, 65. The high priest lost his (cool) tearing his clothes and accused Jesus of blasphemy. Their traditions were so cemented in their minds that it hurt them horrendously when spirit and truth pricked their hearts. It is the same today, and we get similar antichrist reactions. So the Day of the Lord is not a time you can put on a calendar, "No not the angels of heaven" because the Day of the Lord speaks of the redemption of Christ and His appearing in our lives, and the angels know nothing about that. They do not know what it is to be redeemed. Neither do they know what it is to have an intimate relationship with our Father, their Creator as you do! "Which things the angels desire to look into." 1: Pet.1:12 Yes, the angels desire to look into that which is preached to us with the Holy Spirit sent down from heaven.
Jesus next words: "But my Father only." We have to understand this is the highest dimension there is in the Father. The Jews knew what a father and son relationship was. Jesus was born in a flesh body, and when the Holy Spirit came on Him at the baptism of John, He was a manifestation of God living in the flesh. "The word was made flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory..." That is why He was called, Christ the Word, Christ being interpreted Anointed, or Holy Spirit because it was Christ in Jesus. Yes, Jesus is Christ.
Paul never said, Jesus in us! But he did say, "Christ in you the hope of glory." Col. 1:27. But look, Jesus said, "My Father only." He said, "no one knows the day or hour, nor the angels, but my Father only, who is the highest. When you come to that point or plane, you will know that day, for you will know that hour. It is a vital relationship with the Father that flesh man does not know. It was Paul's "third day" consciousness which is "not lawful for (flesh man) to utter." 2 Cor.12.
Are you trying to look at it as a calendar event? The parousia that Jesus told them about is not a calendar event! Like I wrote in the mid 1990's, It is not a specific time on the face of a clock or watch. It is the Spirit Christ coming within. It is Father. Did not Jesus say, "I and my Father are ONE?@ Paul did not refer to the Lord's Day (parousia) as Christ consciousness. He described it as "the third heaven," or "paradise."
John in Revelation called it "The Lord's day" or Spirit. Jesus called it "Father" because everything comes out of Father which is the highest power. Jesus plainly said that He came out of His Father, and must go to the Father. He did not mean that as a geographical going. It means that He returned to Spirit, and one Spirit in the Father, and the two cannot be twain. Read Eph. 2:11-18, 4:4-6.
Some of our nominal church brethren say that Jesus never said anything specific about the coming of the Lord, but we find such to be error. Jesus made a statement to His disciples of a specific time, in terms that honest people cannot deny. That specific time, was in plain words, "This generation." Now Jesus did not know the "day nor the hour," yet He did know the "generation" of which He spoke. The contemporary generation that He and His disciples lived in, His parousia was to be fulfilled, and the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple.
Book stores and the airwaves are filled with teachings of pre-millennial rapture, and rebuilt temple in Jerusalem. They may succeed in building a man made temple, but the Father disowns such. His true temple is you and multitudes in the "New Jerusalem." It cannot be observed by the natural eye. It is not going to drop out of the sky. The New Jerusalem is the sum total of all her children. "You are not come to the mount that may be touched...But you are come unto mount Sion, and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels. To the general assembly and church of the First born, which are written in heaven, and to God the judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, and to Jesus the mediator of the New Testament." Heb. 12: 18, 22-24.
Is that telling you to wait for a rapture? The men who wrote the New Testament and received the initial infilling of the Holy Spirit, knew that Pentecost was not God's ultimate intention for His creation. They taught a more classical parousia of Christ appearing in a greater unveiling of His glory.
“For the earnest expectation of the creation waits for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creation was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope, because the creation itself shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious children of God." Rom. 8: 19-21.
The more classical coming of Christ that He is making me aware of is, it opens our heart to the higher God mind of His advanced spiritual insight. As sons of God are manifested, you won't need to be renewed in the spirit of your mind (Eph. 4:23), for you will have a more sure syndrome of the God personality, and mind!
As Jesus married His mother Mary spiritually, on the Day of Pentecost, so shall the sons of God marry their New Jerusalem mother in the feast of Tabernacles. Isaiah 62:5, all 12 verses pertain to the subject.
The Galatians had the same trouble as people today have, putting a natural interpretation on the things of the Father. I see that is exactly what is happening today in the church. People are observing days, times, months, years and horoscopes. Under the New Testament, our Father does not do things according to the calendar of rotation of the earth on its axis or causing the sunlight to go around the earth. Father does things by His Spirit.
The Most High does not observe 40 year periods, 49 month periods any longer. Under the old covenant He surely did. Now we are come into a New Covenant day, and Father does things in the Spirit where "time" as man sees it, is of no essence. "A thousand years are as a day, and a day as a thousand years with the Lord." For some this is very difficult, but we are speaking of the Day of the Lord. What is the Day of the Lord? It is "as lightning shining from the east to the west, so shall the coming (parousia) of the Son of man be." Then when lightning is shown in darkness, God called the "light day" and he called the "darkness night."
In Col. 1:12, 13 "Giving thanks to the Father, who called and qualified us for partakers of the inheritance of the saints in LIGHT. Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love."
When Jesus was speaking of the day of the Lord, He was speaking of people coming out of darkness into the light of the Father. When Adam fell, it was from a light body (Shining One) into a flesh body of darkness! Now through Christ our "inner man" enters back into the "Father of Lights." The rapture theory is regarded by millions as truth, must be termed for what it is: "Another gospel." Truth shall prevail and save all the earth! An elderly Pentecostal preacher told me, "Pentecostal churches back slid more in 10 years than the Methodists did in 50." Methinks that he may have been speaking the truth.
Teaching that the rapture can take place any minute contradicts scripture. "But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice forever, sat down on the right hand of God; from henceforth expecting till his enemies becomes his footstool." Heb. 10: 12, 13. Plus Jesus prayed against the rapture, contradicted such a thing happening! "I pray not that you (Father) should take them out of the world, but that you should keep them from evil." John 17: 15. So the rapture is not our "hope of glory." But "Christ in you, the hope of glory" is cause for rejoicing and praise, for you are in-Christed ones that Christ En-dwells! You are "born of the incorruptible Seed, the Word of God," which is Christ inside you!
Paul makes clear the distinction that, Christ fulfilled all God's promises to Israel in all latter ages of His ekklesia "For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness to everyone who believes." Rom. 10:4. Jesus ascension and Pentecost are Father's sum total of His intentions until the Feast of Tabernacles harvest, coinciding with the "Restitution of all things, spoken of by all the holy prophets since the world began." Messianic believers and others too, don't believe that the Old Covenant authority is suspended by the New Covenant. "Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments..." Eph. 2:15. "And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face that the children of Israel could not look steadfastly to the end of that which is abolished." 2 Cor. 3: 13. Beloved, "Truth will out," is an old saying that goes for all time.
There is a gap (hiatus) occurring in New Testament history. The Gospel of Mark was seemingly left unfinished, with the last 12 verses added according to many German and Dutch theologians that I have read about. Two of the oldest Greek manuscripts didn't have the last 12 verses in them. The book of Acts abruptly ends, so that it has not been certain as to Paul's and others fate, except traditional concepts. So the immediate history there is a gap from AD 70, to AD 150. Nothing in church annals is recorded until the Catacombs, which has mostly paintings, mostly underground, and later a handful of letters of which authorship is uncertain. After AD 150 the chasm cleared, and the church again becomes history. We find that Peter, Paul, Timothy and Barnabas have disappeared. All we have to go by is traditional church history, which is uncertain. There are no church writings bearing a date immediately after AD 70. All is blackness and darkness on church history. I along with others have no confidence in so called letters of Clement, and Barnabas and others pretending to have written at that time, but appeared in much later years.
If there were any material written immediately after AD 70 it surely didn't perish accidentally. It may have been intentionally destroyed. It may have been the plank of Nero (Emperor of Rome's) agenda, 54-68 AD in the holocaust of Rome. Then it may have been the priest craft and ecclesiastics in the dominant part of the church suppressing nonpartisan church history.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ was corrupted in 313 Ad when the most decisive event in the history of the church occurred. Constantine was converted, accepting the Christian faith. Then those who once had been persecuted were now protected by an earthly king. Both a patriarchal, monarchical state and church were formed at the same time. Power struggles and debates were common among the leaders of the state church.
Constantine sought to unite his empire, and uniting the church was a shrewd political move on his part. He understood what power could be had through One government and One church united! Constantine announced he would pay fifty illuminated copies of the bible to be bound, and then the biblical canon was established and sealed. There were heated debates among the bishops about what should be included and left out. The fundamentally minded neo-orthodox church had become the dominant voice and they determined what was heretical for everyone. Before emperor Constantine brought Christianity into the main stream, all church fathers taught that believers should not serve in the army, but willingly suffer rather than inflict harm on any other. Within 100 years after Constantine, the Empire required that all soldiers in the army must be baptized Christians and thus, the corruption of the church as we know it today, began in earnest. This may help you understand what I wrote above about a gap in church annals from 70 AD and the catacombs. That is silent history of the church!
I want to send some excerpts of letters from four friends, and I may not get to but one in Part Two. Here is one from Jan Antonsson who writes a weekly teaching from her ministry to elderly residents at MedicaLodge. Her teachings are as excellent, as the brethren and theologians in the next part.
Jan writes: “Scott, I also believe the first "second coming" of the Lord occurred on the day of Pentecost and that He has come many times and will continue to come to seeking hearts. The prophecies found in Matt. 24 were, I believe fulfilled when Titus sacked Jerusalem and destroyed the temple and its influence. As Jesus said, there was not one stone left on another.
Lenny has observed that Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem because they would not come to Him, and also remember they said, "Let his blood be upon us and our children." Those still living observed the horrible holocaust which happened in AD 70. Love, Jan”
Thank you Jan, I need checks and balances. Then when I think that I need counselling, I go to Jonathan Mitchell a theologian in Flagstaff, AZ. who has translated the New Testament from Greek into English. And John Gavazzoni in Thousand Oaks, CA., a theologian, and Kenneth Greatorex in Toronto, Canada, a theologian. John and Kenneth may not have gone to a Seminary, but they are great in the Word and Spirit.
