The Lord's Christ

The Holy Spirit spoke a word into my spirit of great significance for this hour of Restitution that was full of splendor and awe. That august word was in reality three words and I had to look it up, as I knew it was Scripture. In Luke 2: 26, it was given by the Holy Spirit to an elderly man in Jerusalem: "And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon, and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Spirit was upon him.

And it was revealed to him by the Holy Spirit, that he would not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ."

As that astronomical word like a thousand suns shined in my inner man, and the "Magnificence" of Mary (as it is called in Luke 1:46-55) sang choruses: "My soul does magnify the Lord, and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.

For he has regarded the low estate of his handmaiden (our soul), for behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me happy.

For he that is mighty has done to me great things; and holy is his name.
And his mercy is on them that fear (reverence) him from generation to generation.

He shows strength with his arm; he disperses the proud in the thoughts of their hearts.

He casts down the mighty from thrones, and raises up the lowly.

He fills the hungry with good things, and the rich (in spirit) he sends away empty.

He helps his servant Israel, remembering mercy.

As he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed forever."

Jesus Christ was, is and ever shall be the "Lord's Christ." "The Anointed ONE." Yet, this same Jesus Christ is the "Head" of "The Body Of Christ." He is the "Firstborn"' of a vast family of sons.

As He spoke that word in my inward being, many scriptures began coming to me, and I will get to them slowly, I can't rush this, but only as the Holy Spirit quickens.
"The Lord's Christ" speaks volumes. It bespeaks our placing in the Christ Body.
One evening Frank Walker and I went to the Veterans Hospital in Oakland, California to pray for the elderly senior pastor of the Oakland Revival Center. He was a veteran of WW II, and they didn't expect him to live much longer, as he had several health problems, plus his age. As we prayed for the elder, he began weeping and told us that God had told him that he was as Simeon of old, that he too would not die before he had seen "The Lord's Christ." And he as Simeon of Jesus day, said, "Now Oh, God, I have seen the Man child, and am ready to depart." Frank and I were touched, and wept with the elder in his weeping and worshipped, and praised our heavenly Father together. The Elder in the Lord didn't live many days after that. For sure the three of us were caught up into the heavens together in the Spirit of our Father and His Christ.

I believe that I can better understand Paul's word: "From henceforth we no longer know any man after the flesh, yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him thus no longer" (2 Cor. 5:16).

As Jesus was the embodiment of everything that He taught, so must we be the embodiment of them. Christ did not lay down laws for us to follow as much as He demanded a loyalty to His Person.

The central thing is the aroma of the words, which Christ speaks, and the charisma of His moral presence, and the depth of life coming out of His being.
"He spoke as never any man spoke." And He still does! We are struck by the utter newness of what He is saying in the anointing. "They were astonished at his teaching: for he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes." This word is an unfolding of Father God in you!

"I have many things to say unto you, but you cannot bear them now." Jesus said.
The Father is saying many things to each of us now, as we are able to hear and bear them, and respond. These teachings do not come to you with any air of finality in the meaning of God's word. From the Lord, our intention is the enlarging of ones view of our enlarging Christ within, and the unfolding of the inexhaustible resurrection life in us through Him. Jesus Christ is Father's final yet unfolding Word. And He is restoring our spiritual faculties back to their origins in the Father.
The whole of humanity is looking for a word, the absolute word, which is the ultimate concept. Which word is "The Good News Of The Kingdom Of God."
That is the concept that thoughtful men and women are looking for, perhaps unconsciously. The individualistic interpretation of spirituality is insufficient, and only a corporate application of Christ's kingdom will do now.

Jesus said, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if anyone will open the door, I will come in and feast with him, and him with me." He meant that a major Word and anointing is wishing to come inside, and commune with you, fellowship with you. The major word and anointing is knocking at doors of hearts today, saying, "if any man will open his heart, I will come into you, and will dine with you, and you with me." Rev. 3: 20.

In the Psalms the voice of one is the voice of all, and the voice of all is the voice of the ONE. The Christ Body!

"When he came into the world, he said, Sacrifice and offering you did not require, but a body you have prepared me...Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me) to do your will O God" (Heb.10: 5-7)

Sacrifice and offering you did not require, my ears you have opened...Then I said, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me, I delight to do your will, O my God: yes, your law is within my heart." Ps. 40:6-8.

Beloved, you being "joined to the Lord, and one spirit" with Him, you are written in the volume of the book. We have come to do His will, and His will is for us to offer our "bodies a living sacrifice" for His Spirit to flow through as rivers of living water, to quench the thirst of the weary, and raise the dead.

Remember Jesus telling the religious of His day: "Moses wrote of me, and you believe him not?" Do you believe that Moses wrote of you? I do too.
David wrote of you, and the prophets, and also the apostles of the Lamb wrote of you, His body. In the Psalms you hear Christ the Head speaking and also His body. But always through the Head! Christ is One in all, and all are one in Him, Who is ONE. Moses wrote of you...
Gen. 3:15, 12:3, Deut.18:18, Dan. 2:45, 7:27, 10: 5, 6, Gal. 3:16.

David knew the word of God within. He said in us, and us in him: "My ears you have opened, burnt offering you have not desired...I delight to do your will, O my God: yea, your word is in my heart." "My ears you have opened." Beloved, delighted are those whose ears the Father has opened, you can feel His heart beat. You say with David, "I delight to do your will, O my God, yea, your law is within my heart." Jesus said, "He that has an ear to hear, let him hear." He is fine-tuning our ears to hear Him in this hour. There are many who are not hearing (there is a famine for the hearing of the word) in this hour, as Hosea said. He desires those who intensely desire truth, who intensely and unselfishly deny themselves for Christ, and follow Him.

The revelation of Christ is within, in you. Since His appearing on the Day of Pentecost, His judgments are within. What we sow, we reap. That means judgments are like boomerangs, what we say, or do to another, it returns to us in like manner as we have dished it out (Gal. 6:7-9). Don't look out-ward for the things of God. God is Spirit; we must worship Him in spirit and truth. We proclaim Him as Spirit, as Truth. Truth is not up there, up there of over there, it is within you and I. "We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the Excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us" (2 Cor.4: 7).

"My ears you have opened." Beloved, better to have your ears opened to the Father and His Son than to memorize the Bible from Genesis to the book of Revelation. One may know the book of God, but if he knows not the book's Author, nothing is accomplished in his life but the retained knowledge of the mind and not the spirit. Just knowing about God, with the ability to quote scripture breeds a modern day Pharisee.

Saints, the Rapture as an external event, denies Christ coming in you Col. 1: 26, 27, 2 Cor. 13:5. Let us cease from desiring flesh life, rather than developing spiritual life in Christ. Jesus said, "It is the Spirit that quickens, the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." Jn.6: 63. Paul says, "We are the circumcision, which worship God in spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh" (Phil. 3:3).

"A body you have prepared me." Jesus told the Pharisees, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."

Then the Jews said to him, “It took forty six years to build this temple, and you will raise it in three days?

But he spoke of the temple of his body." Jn.2: 19-21. We are the temples, which is His body that He raised up in this day, for a purpose. In scripture the Firstborn Son speaks to the Father, and the Father speaks to Him today

Father speaks directly to His sons, and they to Him, for they are well pleasing in His heart.

"God has tempered the body together." 1 Cor. 12: 24 God has tempered you together in union with His body of the anointed. Jesus being the Pattern Son, and every piece of the universe that our Father has created matters somehow, even the tiniest snow crystal. You have a place in the Pattern, and so do I. His Spirit brings us where the light always shines-for the Lord's appearing is IN YOU; it is God Almighty and the Lamb shining through.

Beloved, these writings are just elementary steps in acquainting ourselves with our union in the Father. Since He is vastly incomprehensible, without bounds, He will Himself show us new methods to fellowship in Him as we are arising, with His unfolding clouds. We no longer have to sit and dangle in un-responsive solicitude. Some are still waiting for the power to overcome. But you who walk with the Father are simply given His spiritual treasures now!

We are the Lord's anointed, and new priorities are essential now. The appearing of the Lord is in the present tense all the way now, and is greater than reading about it in the Bible. He is speaking to us to arise with Him in the invisible realms of the Spirit: "Eye has not seen nor ear heard, neither has it entered into the heart of man the things that God has prepared for those that love Him."

In Spirit the Father's interactive amplification swallows us up whole, without limit. It is boundless, even inexhaustible. This is the glory of the Lord of hosts, and we are included. All who experience this depth and are enfolded in Him will never be satisfied with mere church going as a solution to our emptiness. The grand presence of the Father includes the Son, the angelic host, the troops of the resurrected ones, and the “seven spirits around the throne." This moving is advancing without bounds and is dynamic. All non-light is to be destroyed in the brightness of His ongoing appearing, for this is the Father's doing, and the 'Lord and His Christ is at hand (Rev. 11: 15, and Psalm 2: 6-8). That is, "The Lord and his anointed." Jesus is Lord, right? If so then who is "His Anointed?"
