BOOK OF THE GENERATION OF JESUS CHRIST

"All the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David unto the carrying away unto Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away unto Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations." Matt. 1: 17.
This text tells us that there are definitely forty two generations from Abraham to Christ. But read Matthew one, verse one to verse 17, and name them all, and you will find only forty one generations from Abraham to Jesus. So there is a missing generation. Where is it? The Bible gives us a few clues to see, if we let the scales of tradition fall from our eyes. The scales of tradition are put on the eyes of mans understanding by the letter of the word, and makes one blind spiritually and scripturally.
"For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, and he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end." Luke 22: 37.
We must see the Lord spiritually, to come to an understanding of who He is. The earthly existence of Jesus came to an end at the cross. Though He was anointed=Christed for three and a half years without measure before the cross. After His resurrection, Jesus ascended to the Father (Spirit), and was coronated "both Lord and Christ." "Let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God has made that same Jesus whom you have crucified, both Lord and Christ." Acts 2:36.
When Jesus was walking here on the earth before the cross, He was the "Anointed One." Matt. 16:16, 17.
"When the day of Pentecost was fully come,"and the New Covenant church was birthed spiritually, He became the anointing in the Holy Spirit, and His followers became the "Body of Christ," or the Whole Christ, Head and Body, of Whom "Jesus Christ is the Head." Acts 2:4, 1 Cor. 12:12.
"For even as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ." He tells us here that Christ is not one member, but many.
"He was taken from prison and Judgment: and who shall declare his generation? For he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgressions of my people was he stricken, and he made his grave with the wicked and with the rich in death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit found in his mouth. Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he has put him to grief: when you shall make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand." Isaiah 53: 8-10.
"Who shall declare his generation?" Isaiah asks, the Psalmist answers: "A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he has done this." Psa. 22:30, 31.
Here we see that "A seed shall serve Him, and be accounted to the Lord for a generation." The 42nd generation missing in Matt. 1: 17, "He shall prolong his days." "Thou wilt prolong the King's life: and his years as many generations. He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which shall preserve him." Psalm 61: 6, 7.
The Lord is in the earth today walking in His members as the Anointing! "It is the spirit that gives life (in the InChristed ones), the flesh profits nothing."
Joshua and the children of Israel made their 42nd encampment when they crossed the Jordan river into the Promised Land.
There are some interesting facts concerning the number 42. 1. The angle at which light reflects off water to create a rainbow is 42 degrees. 2. The city of Jerusalem covers an area of 42 miles (or did just a few years ago). 3. The natural vibration frequency of human DNA is 42. 4. According to Douglas Adams, the hitch hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, "The meaning of life, the universe, and everything" is the number 42. 5. "The beast was given a mouth speaking great blasphemies and was given power to act for 42 months. Rev. 13:5. (That is symbolic). Plus many more things, "Facts of # 42 of useless information."
In Matthew the first chapter, and the first verse we read: "The book of the generation of Jesus Christ..." This definitely speaks of Jesus, and His genealogy. Yet I have found that there is a threefold fulfillment to scripture. This "book" also God's vast family of sons. In the Psalms Christ speaks in all, and all speak in Christ.
"I will praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous re your works; and that my soul knows right well.
My substance was not hid from you, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest part of the earth.
Your eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in your book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there were none of them." Ps. 139: 14-16.
OH, the majesty and grandeur of our heavenly Father, He knew us before hand. We knew Him back in the annals of eternity before there was an earth, time or ages. We are reverently and wonderfully made. Christ spoke here and we speak in Him. Our substance was and is in Him. Our Father does His works in secret. They always were hidden from the eyes of carnal mankind. The Lord and his Christ have been a mystery (secret), and hidden from the wise and prudent. And Paul says, "We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory." 1 Cor. 2:7.
So beloved, it is not in the history, it is in the mystery. The hidden mystery, which our Father ordained before the world unto our glory. Because He had us enwrapped in Himself, in love before the eons. And He made us to be participants in His royal priesthood ministry.
"The seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven saying, The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdom of our Lord and his Christ." Rev. 11:15.
AS we asked before: We know that Jesus is Lord, but who is His Christ? It is you who are Christed, who Christ is formed in. Gal. 4:19. He contains a multitude in Himself, and is still One.
"Who shall declare his generation? For he was cut off out of the land of the living. Isa. 53: 8. Jesus the Lord and Head declares His generation through "His anointed, His Christ." The seventh trumpet is sounding, and great voices are being heard in heaven," and the kingdoms of this world are the kingdom of our Lord and His Christ body of many members.
Christ is the anointed body of many sons/daughters. "As in Adam all die, even so in Christ (anointed) shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ (the anointed ) firstfruits, and afterward they that are Christ's (anointed ones) at his coming (parousia-presence)." 1 Cor. 15: 22, 23.
Matthew 1: 17 alludes to the truth that Jesus was the thirteenth generation, and Christ (anointing) is the fourteenth. Still some people are not spiritually able to divide concepts about Jesus from those about Christ. For Jesus said, "Things concerning me (flesh man) have an end." Luke 22: 37. Then Paul lays it out: "Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know him no more," (after the flesh). 2 Cor. 5:16.
Beloved, it behooves us to let out spiritual tap root down into the pure life of Father, and His anointing where the consciousness of He and we are One. We are one in Him, and He is One in us-we are in Him, and He is One. John 14:20.
"Do you look on things after the outward appearance? if any man trust in himself that he is Christ's (anointed), let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ's (anointed), so are we Christ's" (anointed). 2 Cor. 10: 7.
Beloved, there is a "High calling of God in Christ Jesus," the inChristed ones are declaring the Christ anointed generation we have come into the 21st century ( 3 times 7 is 21). Our Father is bringing to pass His centuries old "Oath which I swore to Abraham...I will make your seed to multiply as the stars of heaven...and in your seed shall all nations of the earth be blessed." Gen. 26: 3, 4.
God reassured this to Isaac, when He "Swore to Abraham." The word "Swore" is "shaba" meaning "To be complete," "To seven oneself," "Swore as if repeating a declaration seven times," "Feed to the full." "Seven as the sacred full one," "Sevenfold," "cardinal number." # 7650
Strongs---under sware. Psalm 105: 9, 10.
Father is seven-ing Himself in His body of anointed ones-The Lord's Anointed. And all nations shall be blessed in the Seed of Abraham who is called the "Father of faith, and the "Father of many nations." There is a many-ing of the Lord's Anointed, for God's oath "Shaba has decreed it."
This is the generation of The "Lord and His Christ, the 42nd generation Matt. 1: 17, and your hands, and words, and acts of love anointed with His presence, shall restore a generation to the Lord. It is actually He declaring His generation. For Christ is distinctly One everywhere, and uniquely One in each one of us, His body. And we are a part of one another, as we are a part of Him, His many members. In the scriptures it is Christ speaking in all, and the all speaking in the One.
